Some of the must-visit attractions include Northside Park, Old Pro Golf, Fenwick Island State Park, Embers Island Mini Golf, Freeman Arts Pavilion, Trimper Rides of Ocean City, and Sun Outdoors Frontier Town Western Theme Park. As soon as you enter this charming beach abode, you are greeted by a spacious and sunny open floor plan. The large living room boasts inviting sofas strategically placed near a gigantic smart TV with streaming and cable services and four glass sliders leading to an extensive oceanfront balcony with impressive, unobstructed views of the beach, bay, and ocean. The balcony offers a fantastic spot to unwind and lounge while taking in the sunset. The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare memorable homemade meals for the crew, including all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area off the kitchen makes a great gathering place to enjoy your homemade feasts and game nights. The primary bedroom overlooks the ocean with easy access to the beachfront balcony. This suite also boasts a smart TV and an en suite bath that has been redone. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 16. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
