Avid golfers will appreciate having easy access to four golf courses, boaters will love being close to a public boat ramp, and adventurers will adore the area's many state parks and trails. If you need to rent a boat, contact Lake LBJ Yacht Club and Marina for rentals, boat trailer parking spots, and slip/dock access. After swimming or boating at a nearby lake head home, rinse off, and lounge in the plush living room. Culinary creations can be concocted in the full kitchen, or on the provided gas grill. Dine family-style at the wooden dining table, or eat alfresco on the porch. Swimsuits can be thrown into the private washer/dryer for a refresh while you tune into your favorite TV show or movie. Before bed, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking, and crawl under the soft linens in each of the spacious bedrooms, ready to dream about another day on vacation! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). There is no boat or trailer parking on-site. This property is snowbird-friendly from October to February. This home overlooks a pond, not Lake LBJ. Stairs are required to access the condo. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
