While you'll feel like you're worlds away from everything, the home is actually situated less than a mile from the Alyeska Day Lodge and just a short drive from downtown Girdwood and endless outdoor recreation. From virtually unlimited options for hiking and mountain biking to exploring the splendor of the Alaskan wilderness, there's plenty to see and do close to home. The private hot tub will make sure you're well-rested and rejuvenated for each day's adventure, while the ceramic log fireplace provides a cozy centerpiece for family gatherings in the living room. Large windows throughout the home provide abundant natural lighting. The full kitchen is ready and equipped to handle everything from slopeside snacks to home-cooked meals. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
