Please be considerate of the noise level to avoid disturbing the neighbors. • EV charger: Please bring your travel charger. • Hot Tub Maintenance: Our team services the hot tub weekly, typically in under 15 minutes. Typically can be used 30 minutes after service is complete. If a full water change is needed, it may take 4-5 hours to reach the optimal temperature.
