You will be staying in a 31' x 8' travel trailer (RV) that is a 2025 KZ Connect. Three wide stairs lead to the central entrance and to your left is a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, and living room with heat/massage recliners (2), and a smart TV connected to the internet. The bathroom is located in the center of the floorplan and the bedroom is to the right with a queen-sized bed, closets, and a dresser. There are basic kitchen necessities included as well as some snacks, coffee, and water.
I am a self-employed property manager for several private clients, a mom of two daughters and two sons, originally from NJ, and I live on-site and am available for any questions you may have. I also live in the RV when it is not rented out.
Lake Clarke Shores is highly sought after for its lakes, local police department, proximity to the beach, small community feel, quick access to I95, and is close to all the things Plam Beach County and South Florida have to offer.
