STR-02947 Welcome to our newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium, nestled in the prestigious Golden Bay Condominiums. Experience unparalleled luxury and breathtaking views where modern elegance meets prime location! Book your stay now!!! !IMPORTANT!: Please note that there will be a one-time registration fee of 78 USD. The fee can be paid only by cash during the week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday until 5 pm. Parking information: • Free parking is included for one vehicle only. • It is obligatory to register your car to avoid towing. All vehicles need to be registered at the Management Office. Guest and Car Registration (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM): We kindly request you to go to the 3rd floor to the building management office (unit #305, right in front of the elevator). Register yourself, guests and vehicle by providing your license plate number and your ID. If you arrive outside these hours (including Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends), registration must be completed during the next available window. Thank you for your cooperation!
