The STUNNING sunrise/sunset and the location is one of a kind. Located on the shores of Lake Tarpon in Palm Harbor, FL. This property is so breathtaking in its extremely private setting and scenery, it's been named Butterfly Island. Luxury vacation home with stunning views from every room. This home sits over 3/4 of an acre and is lushly landscaped, with three docks, a professional, landscaped golf course, cornhole, two kayaks, 1 single and 1 double seater, and more. Heated Jacuzzi enjoying the nature around the property and loving every bit of it. Steam showers to enjoy and total relaxation and a breath of fresh air. A REAL RETREAT AND ONE OF A KIND PROPERTY YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

You are surrounded by Lake Tarpon with 3 boat docks and a conservation area right next to home. You will definitely get the feel of nature with views of the lake, birds, alligators, butterflies, and so much more. Guest has access to 2 kayaks, one seat, and another double seater. Property has a big golf course in the backyard with a BBQ for enjoyment all thru the day and night. Large Jacuzzi to relax in to use all thru the day and night.
