Welcome to this spectacular 2BR + 1 BA entertaining home in one of the most desirable area in Downtown LA. Newly renovated with fresh paint, recessed lighting throughout, updated bathrooms. This home is a entertainer’s dream backyard with a stunning jacuzzi. The bathroom includes smart television as well as a soaking tub for a relaxing experience when needed. The extra downstair backyard/game area adds uniqueness to the home. There is a 1-car garage with a EV Car Charger (Tesla Only).
I spend too much time: Working & spending time with my family. I speaks English. I'm obsessed with: Cooking! I think what makes my home unique: The backyard city view & jacuzzi.
