Relax in your own stylish and peaceful lower level apartment of a beautifully restored Queen Anne Victorian home. Enjoy the luxury of a king bed, the convenience of your own kitchenette, a beautiful spa-like bathroom, comfortable living area, and breakfast bar. Just newly renovated and close to everything; you're just a few blocks from the river and can easily walk to pier 39 on the river trail, or take a stroll downtown to shop, eat, and play. Kitchenette does not include stove/oven due to city requirements. *Stairs to access unit.
