We love beach vacations. Growing up in Cyprus, I used to think that no beach is better than the salty waters of Mediterranean and our sandy beaches are the best. Then I saw turquoise waters and sugary white beaches of Destin, Florida and fell in love at first sight. This is the reason we bought beach condos in Destin. We visit regularly as a family and rent them ourselves. We have units at Pelican Beach Resort, Waterscape Resort at Okaloosa Island, Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort and Luau, Bahia, Elation and Grand Sandestin at Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort. They are all very close or at the beach and are updated. You can expect same great service, detailed and through communication with local tips and same attention to detail at all our condos in the area. We give privacy to our guests and only a phone call away when needed.

Village of Baytowne Wharf units with Free Wi-Fi and Resort Tram Access inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. You will love our condos because they are right by the Sandestin entertainment area, both studio and 1 bedroom units are nicely decorated and very well maintained with great views. We provide TRAM Access, WIFI, Netflix with thousands of TV shows and movies and beach chairs and umbrella. Please click on the apartment or unit link that you are booking to view the specific unit pictures that you will be booking. We are not a hotel and offer privately owned vacation rental condos. You go directly to the unit. There is no front desk to check-in. We send a door code for your unit 7 days before check-in. If you have not seen the instructions email, please check your junk or spam folders, if no info is received, please do contact us before your trip. Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Important note: signing rental agreement is required before check-in to receive the door code. Security Deposit hold is done after the booking is made. Please look for that message after booking is made. Booking charges do not include Security Deposit hold.

Sandestin is the premium Resort of the Area. Grand Sandestin Resort is just steps away from the Village of Baytowne Wharf, which features shopping, dining, a kids’ playground, concerts, and other live entertainment. Guests at Grand Sandestin also have access to the amenities at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, including private beach access (the beach is just a short tram ride away), four golf courses, walking and biking trails, a marina with Jet-Ski and kayak rentals, bicycle rentals, and 15 tennis courts. Enter through the Main entrance (Bayside) of Sandestin. Tell the Security attendant that you are doing self check-in and request a parking pass for the duration of your stay. Please look for the Parking information in the check-in instructions. We provide your mobile and if entered email address to the parking authority and they send parking garage registration text to you 2 days before check-in where you pay the parking fee (for the duration of the stay) and receive the QR code to enter the underground parking garage.
