Designed by Don Jacobs (the renowned architect of the iconic Sea Ranch Chapel), this quintessential Sea Ranch home offers a private hot tub on its ocean-facing deck. You'll also have easy access to the community's heated outdoor pools, tennis courts, and saunas. Sit down for coffee each morning in the glassed-in breakfast room and enjoy every season; whether it's bright and sunny or pouring down rain, you will have fabulous views! Take daily walks along the magnificent Bluff Trail to nearby wild beaches, and come home to the luxe comforts of a wood-burning fireplace, built-in window seats, a streamlined office nook, and a jetted bathtub in the main suite. Here in the west side meadows of Sea Ranch, you'll be half a mile from beautiful Stengel Beach and just over a mile from Shell Beach, where you can explore tide pools teeming with marine life and watch the harbor seals frolic. The private Sea Ranch community offers three recreation centers for your use, including the large outdoor heated pool, saunas, and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts at the Ohlson Recreation Center one mile down the road. Follow meandering trails across the bluffs and through hedgerows, look for butterflies on the Monarch Glen Trail, or spend a day out on the greens of the Sea Ranch Golf Links (four miles north). The small, charming town of Gualala is six miles north, where you'll find markets, local restaurants, and several galleries and shops to explore. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
