Lovely single-story home with central heating! Located in the forested neighborhood of Sugarloaf, you'll find relaxation among the trees at this mountain styled home. Huge yard, ideal for outdoor play! Guests will be close to the National Forest and Sugarloaf Park. Short drive to all Big Bear has to offer, including the ski resorts! LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, bar seating, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Den with additional seating, celling fan, and French doors with deck access. ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Third bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan. Fourth bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed, twin bed, and ceiling fan. Extra blankets and pillows are available.  KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Washer/dryer available. OUTDOORS - Large fully fenced yard of 7500 sq ft! Guests will enjoy a spacious deck, patio furniture, and gas barbecue for grilling.
