I started OCBV in 2020, with just one property (Surf Shack!) and from there we ve grown quite a bit, purchasing properties and taking on homes for clients. My aim isn t to grow into the biggest vacation rental company in Ocean City, but rather to remain tightly focused on high-quality properties, with great communication with guests and owners. Offering unparalleled oceanfront views and modern comforts, this vacation rental is perfect for families or groups of up to 8 guests. Oceanfront Living: Wake up to breathtaking views of the Atlantic from the primary bedroom or enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony. Spacious Accommodations: The condo features two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two queen beds. A queen sofa bed in the living room ensures plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Modern Comforts: Relax in the spacious living room with a large, comfy sofa, and enjoy meals at the dining table or breakfast bar. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a feast in the full kitchen featuring brand-new appliances and all the essentials you need. Extras to Enhance Your Stay: Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. A starter set of coffee, tea, spices, and essential supplies like soap, shampoo, and paper goods is included to make your stay stress-free. A 75 registration fee is required at check-in, payable directly to the Golden Sands building. Year-round: indoor pool*, fitness center, game room, and lounge on 22nd floor, private beach area. *The indoor pool is typically closed for annual maintenance for several weeks in late February/Early March. UPDATE: The indoor pool will be closed from Feb 24, 2025 to March 24, 2025 for annual maintenance (the closure will end early if the work is done). Additional seasonal amenities: tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, outdoor pool, outdoor kids pool, tiki bar, private beach area chairs, half acre sundeck with chairs!
