This fourth-floor bright and cheerful condo, remodeled in November 2023, enjoys expansive coastal views, and is perfectly situated right across the street from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo offers a pristine living space featuring new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, fresh paint, a new queen-size sofa sleeper, rug, accent chair, art and decor, two ceiling fans, a new plush king-size mattress, durable Polywood balcony furniture, among other features. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the amenities you'll want to make some meals on the go. TVs are located in both the living room and bedroom, along with some board games for family fun. For your convenience, there’s a washer/dryer and plenty of storage for your beach chairs and sand toys. Enjoy a quiet glass of wine or coffee in comfort out on the private balcony while you research the area's best restaurants with the free WiFi. If you want to get in some great nature, you don't have to look any farther than Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, just three miles west of you, where all kinds of great water activities await. Paddleboard, canoe, or kayak over Campbell Lake. There are a ton of fantastic saltwater fish like Spanish mackerel, redfish, and pompano, and you might just catch a glimpse of a whitetail deer, and see some dolphins at the waterline and shorebirds skating along the waves. At Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, nature lovers can also spot a variety of rare birds. It's all just four and a half miles west. Things to Know Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). The daily timeframe of construction for the stairs will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays).

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
