Newly built in 2022, this home is open, airy, polished, and a showcase of skilled craftsmanship. Come home from a day spent floating the Toccoa River or riding the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway to relax in the shade of the deck with dinner sizzling on the gas grill. As the setting sun filters through the forest, you can gather round the firepit for s'mores and stories of the day's adventures. The central living space is lined with windows on three sides, with a wood-burning fireplace, a stacked stone hearth, and a wall-mounted smart TV inviting you in. This great room opens to a dining area for four and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large marble island, and all the necessities for home cooking. Spend your evenings playing board games, using the complimentary WiFi to plan your next excursions, and refreshing your clothes in the private washer/dryer. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
