Enjoy this all-new spacious and chic environment, great for couples, families, and mixed groups. The building is The Tides, and it offers direct beach and pool access, as well as amazing workout facilities, a business center, free WiFi downstairs, a cinema room and even a 5,000 sq ft. entertainment room. Fast wifi is provided for free in the apartment and also in some of the common areas. The building is next to the famous Hallandale Beach water tank and the amazing new Hyde Tower, located 5' driving from the nationally awarded Aventura mall, and 3' north of Sunny Isles, 12' South from Las Olas Boulevard, same time North from Bal Harbour and less than 30 north from Sawgrass Mills. Conveniently, there is also a WalMart 3 blocks away. The unit is on a 4th floor, one of the corner units, known for being up to 20% bigger than the rest, super spacious and with 2 rooms and 2 full bathrooms, you wont have any problems hosting up to 5 adults and 2 kids (if your group is bigger or require extra beds, please get in touch). Despite having a beach rental for lounges chairs and umbrellas, we do provide some of this stuff at no cost. Washing machines in each floor available. Parking available.
Im from Texas. Actually living abroad. We love our apartment and to spend some of my summer time in Florida with my husband and my 2 kids. So many things to do! And so many places to go between just a few miles. Why this property? Cause it makes so easy to enjoy the beach! No parking, no walking around and loosing your time in the heat of Miami. Just an elevator ride and we are there. Location is amazing too, its close to the very best of everything.
-The Westin Diplomat. Ideal if you want an exceptional breakfast or lunch, just a block away walking through the beach or the S.Ocean Drive. -The Hollywood Golf. Great 18 hole golf course at very low cost a day after 2.00pm. and ideal to go around Hollywood downtown on the afternoon. -The Gulfstream. Amazing shopping, dining, casino and racetrack. Only 5 minutes away with tens of options for dining, shopping and drinking. - The Hollywood Boardwalk with dozens of options for dining plus some more beach, bar and fun. - Aventura Mall. The internationally awarded, best in its class. Only 7 minutes away. - Las Olas Boulevard. Best dining in Fort Lauderdale, great place to explore, 15 minutes away - Bal Harbour Shops. Best hi-end shopping in Florida. Also great dining only 12 minutes away. - Hard Rock Casino. Las Vegas style casino and gambling at Seminole.
