Gather for meals at the eight-person dining table. BED & BATH This house sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms, each with a smart TV. The primary suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second suite is furnished with a king bed, and the en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, while the fourth bedroom comes with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin bed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared between the two rooms. A half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take in unobstructed views of the golf course from your private balcony. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecued lunch. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
