ABOUT THE HOME Perched on Mariner’s Ridge overlooking beautiful Maunalua Bay and Koko Marina, this three-story home offers the best views with absolutely no obstructions. You’ll also be at a level that’s easy to access the town center via a short 15-minute walk. The main living area has soaring ceilings, ample natural light, and stunning 270-degree vistas of the ocean and mountains. Relax on the sofas and armchair to watch the 65” TV. Two expansive decks offer shimmering ocean views. Dine alfresco on the upper deck, or unwind on a sprawling lower deck furnished with wicker chairs. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Serve meals at the breakfast bar for four or the six-person dining table. The inviting master suite offers a king bed, two large closets, and private access to the deck. An en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and ample closet space. The adjacent bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
