Take in a panoramic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from this four-bedroom farmhouse in a pastoral valley just outside downtown Weaverville. This two-story home is wonderfully situated for exploring, with the renowned Blue Ridge Parkway easily accessed six miles east. The restaurants and conveniences of Main Street Weaverville are three miles west, while Asheville's famous restaurants, breweries, galleries, and music venues are nine miles south. This property makes the most of its setting, with beautiful outdoor spaces that include a ground-floor patio with a private hot tub, a stone firepit encircled by Adirondack chairs, a fenced lawn sloping down the hill, and a shaded deck with a sofa and fire table. All of these enjoy the same stunning view of the mountains. Inside, the living space is open, polished, and full of light, beginning with a living room that features a seasonal gas fireplace and a soft sectional. The adjacent kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large dining table, and glass doors that open to another deck with a gas grill. For your after-dinner entertainment, take advantage of the Ping-Pong table, the family room downstairs, and the high-speed WiFi. there is a card table with board games for adults and children located downstairs. The living room, primary bedroom, and family room each have large flatscreen smart TVs. The guest bedrooms have 32-inch flatscreen smart TVs. Please note that on July 31, 2024 the Twin over Double bunk bed was replaced with a regular Queen size bed. THINGS TO KNOW -The gas fireplace is operational from October until March. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. -This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
