Located just steps from the Arnold Rim Trail, you will love relaxing at this charming, mid-century, A-frame cabin with rustic modern design and plenty of upgraded amenities. This mountain getaway features an open main-level with gorgeous knotty pine walls and ceilings, a unique, open staircase that takes you up to the second-floor bedrooms, a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table for meals or family game nights, and a cozy living area with a streaming-capable flatscreen TV (using guest's own accounts) and sliding door access out to the deck, all warmed by a gas stove. Outside, fire up the gas grill and dine on the large, south-facing deck while you watch for visiting wildlife and native birds. An additional balcony can be found off one of the second-floor bedrooms - a great spot for star gazing or relaxing with a book in the warm sunshine. Of course, there's always soaking in the private hot tub. This home also includes an under-deck carport accessible from the main-level deck for covered and secure parking. Guests will find an EV charging station 0.2 miles from the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
