Surrounded by palm trees and lush lawns, this Wellington Lakes home features a serene location that's close to great amenities and local attractions in Fort Myers. The beach is just eight miles away, plus there's plenty of golfing, water sports, and fishing activities nearby. Inside, you'll enter into a light and spacious main living space with beautiful wood flooring, comfortable furnishings, and an open floor plan. Relax on the leather sofas in front of the flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player. Enjoy your morning coffee at the four-person dining table next to the living space, or head into the eat-in kitchen where there's a six-person table with room for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of space to prep your favorite meals, plus updated amenities like granite countertops, tile floors, and stainless steel appliances. A sliding glass door leads out to the amazing outdoor space. You'll have an outdoor table under the covered patio with seating for six, plus a gas grill for cooking up your BBQ favorites. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool or lounge in the sun on one of the several lounge chairs (please note that pool heat is available for an additional fee - contact Vacasa for details). With a lanai to keep out the bugs and a stunning view of the neighborhood lake, it's the perfect place to indulge in a relaxing retreat. Back inside, you'll also have central A/C to keep you cool, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home will accommodate up to six guests comfortably. The master suite is off of the living space and features access to the back patio, a comfy bed, and a luxurious en suite bath. The second bedroom features a flatscreen TV, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds and another TV.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
