This modern tiny home is tucked away in the quiet mountain community of Stecoah, offering a cozy and private escape surrounded by trees and nature — the kind of place where you can breathe deeper, unplug a little, and recharge. Despite its quiet setting, the cottage is just 15–20 miles from some of the Appalachian Mountains best attractions: - Fontana Lake & Marina – Rent a boat and enjoy a day on the water - Nantahala Outdoor Center (N.O.C.) – Whitewater rafting, kayaking, ziplining, dining - Bryson City – Shops, coffee, local dining, and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad - Lake Santeetlah - Rent a boat at either of two marinas and enjoy a day on the water Back at the cottage, unwind with a soak in the private hot tub, sip your morning coffee on the deck, or stargaze by the fire pit. Multiple outdoor seating areas, both open and covered, make it easy to enjoy the peaceful surroundings any time of day. Inside, you'll find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy queen bedroom, tiled walk-in shower, and even a washer and dryer for longer stays. The pull-out sofa in the living room offers extra sleeping space, best for one adult or two small children. No pets allowed. WiFi limited and not guaranteed. Driveway is steep, gravel, and winding. 4WD/AWD recommended year-round, especially in bad weather. No sports cars, RVs, trailers, or boats. PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: • A rental agreement is required at the time of booking. It will be sent immediately after you reserve and must be signed within 48 hours to avoid cancellation. • A 300USD security deposit hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days after departure, pending no damages. • Both the rental agreement and the security-deposit hold will be completed through a secure link.
