Hilltop Cottage. The perfect place for one or two people looking for peaceful, clean, comfortable space to stay while exploring the National Parks, Panguitch Lake, fishing the Sevier, mountain biking, hiking, atving, and other endless outdoor activities. The cottage sits on a hill top overlooking the charming rural town of Panguitch and has 360 degree views of the beautiful mountain ranges of Southern Utah. Owner has mountain bikes available for rent - see photos for info.
We bought this property a few years ago because of it's beautiful views, our love for the outdoor activities that surrounds it, and it's proximity to the town of Panguitch. Our family loves spending time there and meeting guests when they are on property. We hope you'll feel the spirit and charm of the "hilltop" as much as we do! We are not always on the property but you can always get ahold of me on my cell phone.
There are plenty of good restaurants, some fun shopping places, drug store, grocery store, and small/rural hospital in the town.
