Vista Views with Saltwater Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Seating, Fire Pit, and Games This serene property features a saltwater pool, hot tub, and a cozy fire pit with multiple outdoor seating areas -- all set in a private, wooded setting. Enjoy breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings in this escape! Some of the additional amenities: *Saltwater pool & hot tub *Fire pit *Screened patio *Propane grill w/ outdoor dining *TVs in every room *Dedicated workspace *Room-darkening curtains in bedrooms *And more! This is a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house -- King in Master; Queens in secondary bedrooms, and a Queen-size sofa bed in the front living room. Every room has TVs that are hard-wired into Ethernet & all are equipped with many streaming apps. All (except front living room) are set-up to automatically sign you out of your streaming accounts after check-out. There's a front living room & main living room - great for those who want separate space to do different things. There's board games & outdoor games (horseshoes, life-size checkers, corn-hole, ladder balls, basketball hoop, etc). There's a laundry room with washer/dryer for your use (w/ laundry detergent). Outside there are two tables, multiple sitting areas, gas grill. We also have certain optional concierge offerings -- You can order extra home-delivered amenities, such as flowers, wine, food trays, or a local service like an in-home massage, private chef, or nearby wine tour...and more! NOTE: There are bee hives on the other side of the property, and I (the host) live on the other end of the property as well (property is 15 acres total). Rest assured though that we value your privacy. Bees and wasps are attracted to water, so you may see these types of insects at the pool area. I do my best to repel them, but I can't guarantee there won't be some who visit for a drink. ;-) Upon booking, you're agreeing to the host/property not being liable for accidents/injuries or for the malfunction of internet or pool/spa.
