Hi, we’re Suzanne & Andy -- best friends, parents and small business owners. We have a keen appreciation for the importance of small downtowns and the role they play in defining a sense of place. That’s why we located our business, Emmett’s Brewing Co., in downtown West Dundee and it’s also why we’ve branched out over the years and opened additional locations in other small historic downtowns nearby. We view hosting as a logical extension of our creativity and passion for hospitality. We live nearby and enjoy small town living. When we’re not busy running our businesses we enjoy working on our historic home, traveling, great food, drink and companionship. We only live a few blocks away. In 2018 the property was completely rehabbed and now offers a charming coffee and donut shop on the first floor and boutique hotel on the second floor. Free parking is offered in nearby municipal parking lots. 124 LOFTS offers the freedom and convenience of self-check-in with key-less entry. Please note that due to the age and historic nature of the property there is no elevator and access requires walking up a flight of stairs. 124 LOFTS is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
