We just bought this beautiful and charming brownstone that while it is already comfortable we are planning to make it a gem. We had the opportunity to buy more than our unit which worked best for us to accomodate our daughters when they come home and friends when they are visiting, so we equipped the apartment for long and short stays.
We work in the city, we have a child together, and we're very active from skiing and snowboarding to surfing and sailing and a variety of other sports. Agnes paints when she get a chance and I'm always building something. We both enjoy to entertain people and if you stay you'll be treated as we treat our friends. We havent yet had the chance, but when there are no people in the apartment we're planning to use it to work or painting or reading,
We're just discovering how great this hood is. In a short period of time we met enough people that everytime we walk out the door we run into a neighboor we already met. half a block away we have 4 good restaurants and 4 blocks away a pizzeria that claims the best pizza in the tri-state. We think is good and we used to go there frequently but now that you have to make a long line, we think is overrated. But it is worth to try it once. We've lived in the area since 2012, but recently we move to this precious block and we're so happy with the purchase and putting all our love in it.
