So close to historic Cocoa Village but you'll still enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in this cool and inviting room in my home. Built in the 1950's and sympathetically remodeled. Just a stones throw from the Indian River and dolphin watching. Your private entrance via keyless entry pad, will take you into a spacious entry way where you will find all sorts of useful information for things to do and see so that you can enjoy the best trip and sample some of the locals favorite bars and restaurants. To the right you will find your bright spacious room, a good size TV with Netflix, Peacock, Apple etc. Welcome basket containing slippers, fan, eye mask, water's and snack's. Your bed has a Tempur Pedic Mattress for a sound nights sleep, also spacious closet with mirror doors and plenty of drawers for your belongings. There are multiple power points, bedside tables and lamp. (Picnic basket and beach chairs and umbrella.) Your private area also has your own shower room and washer&drier facility. There is a BBQ, set of boules, fishing gear, kayak, pickleball paddles & balls, tennis equipment, bike and golf clubs for your use. Please ask for anything you require as they will be put away.

I am a Brit living in the States for over 20 years npw and love the American way of life. Being widowed allows me to travel more and pursue my many hobbies. Pickleball is my addiction. Bring your paddle if you like to play. I also love to walk and ride my bike in the beautiful surrounding areas and on the beach. Thrifting is one of my passions and for anyone who would like to spend a couple of hours getting some bargain bits during their stay, let me know in advance, just make sure you have enough space in your boot! Nothing will be too much trouble for me during your stay, and I am happy to receive texts 24/7 for tips/info/questions etc

The riverwalk, perfect for fishing, spotting dolphins, or just taking a stroll, is a local favorite, winding into the hustle and bustle of historic Cocoa Village. Riverfront park has frequent festivals & events. Arts & crafts stores galore. Or just a 15 minute drive to Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, and Cape Canaveral to watch a Shuttle take off. Disney, Universal Studios, Orlando Airport are just a little further.
