FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) • Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests • How far is the home from specific locations? Use G00gle Maps with "Benavente Pl, San Diego CA 92129" for accurate distances • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day • If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered. • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking • Can I have guests come over? Yes, please update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest • How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. • Security devices? 2 cameras outside for pool and front door only. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the home One noise decibel monitor: Pool area outside the home. The Minut device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. It doesn't record any audio. • Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets • Is smoking allowed? Please do NOT smoke to help keep the air fresh for all guests and the neighbors

THE LIVING AREA The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even an Xbox game console. THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt. Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside for at least 16 people. The house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. THE BEDROOMS The bedrooms are furnished with 2 king bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 Baby Crib and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. • Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, Baby Crib, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and Pool view! This bedroom is on the ground floor • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Smart TV, Workspace • Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed, Smart TV • The 4th bed is in a loft/living room area with 1 King Bed, Smart TV, Workspace 2.5 BATHROOMS Fully-stocked 2.5 Bathroom with bathtubs and everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels. OUTSIDE SPACE Gated Back Yard and Front Yard: provides a safe space for your pets and kids to play and explore. PARKING Secured Garage and Driveway parking for 4 cars or more: Enjoy the convenience and security of our spacious private garage, ensuring peace of mind. LAUNDRY In-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available. REMOTE WORKING There will likely be someone with a group of 16 or more with work to do during your stay. If so, they’ll find a choice of desks and chairs inside and outside, plus Fiber 500 Mbps Fast Wi-Fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easily.

Key-related issues: • If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside. A minimum of 100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc. Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
