It has beautiful views from every window, is about 3 minutes to Mohegan Sun Casino, about 10 minutes to Foxwoods Casino and about 20 minutes to Mystic. It is very beautiful, private and relaxing. It also has black out shades in the bedroom. Beautifully furnished with an adjustable Beautyrest Black king bed and 50" TV. There is loveseat with 2 jute footstools in the 2nd floor bedroom. Antique Persian Rugs throughout. The 1st floor living room has a sofa , oversized chair and ottoman. The antique dinning table has 4 chairs. Everything is natural fabrics and designed to be allergen free. Sheets and towels are washed with free and clear soap and fabric softener. There is a small dock and a large deck with chairs for enjoying the view, sunrise and sunset. Also an outdoor dining set for 4. There are 2 chairs downstairs with a small table too. Large refrigerator, sink, microwave and air-fryer, toaster and broiler. There is also a propane grill. Everything is provided except food and drink. It has city water front NPU but a septic system so please let me know if anything is running or leaking. I love music, dancing and cooking. I love hosting my new house, I work full-time as an accountant. I put myself through college and got my CPA in 1989. I love all animals and have 5 rescued cats. Although I love animals, I am concerned about other peoples allergies. I moved to Mystic in 2005 from Washington DC, but I am originally from Milwaukee.

The neighborhood is quite and the neighbors are friendly but like it quiet. There is a small freight train that passes by once in awhile during the day. It went by when I was previewing the, if I hadn't looked out the window, I never would have noticed it.
