Relax in the sunlit living area, featuring a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, sleeper sofa, and views of the water and the Imperial Beach Pier. Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances, then share family-style meals and conversation at the dining table. This condo sleeps six guests between the bedrooms and a full-size sofa bed in the living area. The primary suite is appointed with a king bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom contains a queen bed, twin bed, and a TV. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi, cable TV, air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer are provided. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
