Inn at Summerwind 601 is a beautiful end condo, conveniently located on the sixth floor, providing stunning Gulf-front views of crystal-clear waters from the private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen is completely upgraded with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar stools. This lovely condo has a relaxing ambience with excellent decor, providing a truly at-home feel throughout. You'll be able to relax in central air-conditioning the whole time. The Inn at Summerwind is one of three buildings in the Summerwind Resorts complex, located directly on the stunning beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and conveniently located near the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier. Enjoy multiple community pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, a sundeck, and outdoor showers on site. There is also a Gulf-front fitness center. The Inn at Summerwind is located directly on the beach, just a short stroll down the boardwalk to the most sought-after white sand and gorgeous waters of Northwest Florida. THINGS TO KNOW

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 6. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
