With Madrona Beach less than a mile away, this is a place to spend your days taking scenic strolls, collecting seashells, and unwinding on two levels of deck space. This multi-story home sits on a tree-lined piece of property where you'll be greeted by a landscaped garden, the delightful aroma of lavender, and peek-a-boo views of the mountains and sound. It's a beautiful setting for afternoon barbecues on the gas grill, sunset dinners on the covered patio, and evenings of roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and stargazing around the firepit. The main living space features a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove and a French-door fridge), a light-filled dining area, and two living rooms - one with a gas fireplace and another that opens to the patio with a smart TV and a game table that's perfect for puzzles and card games. The serene bedrooms are upstairs, one being a primary suite with its own bathroom and balcony where you can begin each morning with a cup of coffee in the fresh island air. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided for your comfort and convenience. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
