Fill your days with sun-soaked fun around the private pool or grab your gear for an easy stroll down to the neighborhood beach access point at the end of the cul-de-sac. The home is equipped with a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and saltwater. The private hot tub provides the perfect place to start or end each day with a soothing dip. Inside, relax in the main-floor living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV, or challenge friends and family to a few rounds of pool in the downstairs game room. A wet bar, fridge, and dishwasher are equipped for mixing up your favorite happy hour libations. There's also a second smart TV in the game room for flexible home entertainment. The open-concept kitchen showcases a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space for easy meal planning and prep. Seating options include a breakfast bar along with indoor and outdoor dining tables. All bedrooms on the second and third floors feature direct balcony access. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). An optional fee of USD 30 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
