NO PARTIES We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or events…. THE BUILDING The apartment is on the 1st floor and there are 4 other apartments in the building. The space is equipped for up to 4 guests and designed with a central, open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. COZY BEDROOM VIBES The bedroom has lots of windows for natural light and a large closet with custom 8-foot doors. Off the hallway is a bathroom, with shower/tub and many of the basic essentials. COOK UP A STORM The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. There are 4 counter seats off the island. LIVING ROOM The living area has a comfy sofa that converts into a queen size bed and has a couch and a 50-inch Smart TV. It also has a cozy working or reading nook with a desk and 2 chairs in this space. The living room has sliding doors which leads to a private deck where you can sit outside to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. The outside space is like your own private oasis, which is a rare find in the City! There is one off-street parking spot available in the lot diagonally across the street from the apartment

The best part of this section of the city are the places that are off the beaten path. There are such great places like Bayberry Beer Hall, The Avery, Bucktown, Julian's, NitroBar, Seven Star Bakery & more. But just a short walk away, you can be on Atwell's Ave where the best Italian Restaurants in the city are located... And just over the bridge, is Downtown Providence where you have even more great restaurants, bars and lounges! Also just over the bridge is the Convention Center and the AMP! Essentially you can walk to everything from the apartment - car not needed in this location! We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
