"I loved the location and also the remoteness of the trailer site. It was extremely peaceful and each trailer has its own space and distance. I enjoyed using the fire pit as it was a really cold and windy weekend. Loved it overall!"

1. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. RV units charge 25/night for each guest over the 4th. 2. Check-in is 4PM; Check-out is 11AM. Early/late requests are subject to fees. 3. No pets allowed. Strictly no smoking or candles inside; outdoor smoking must be 15ft away. Violations incur a 250 fine. 4. Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM. No outdoor music or noise. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. 5. Keep doors closed at all times to prevent desert pests (mice/coyotes) from entering. 6. No professional photo/video shoots without prior approval. No parties, weddings, glitter, or confetti. 7. Staff may access the property for maintenance or repairs during your stay. 8. No infants allowed. Children 2+ count as guests. Please note units are not child-proof. 9. Respect the shared campground community. Excessive mess incurs a 500 cleaning fee. Please remove trash and wash dishes before checkout. 10. WiFi is not guaranteed. Your phone must be reachable 24/7 for code enforcement calls; failure to respond risks a 1,000 county fine. 11. Reschedule requests are treated as cancellations. Exterior surveillance cameras monitor the property. 12. Parking is limited to 1 car per 2 guests. 13. Report damages immediately. Unreported damage incurs a 100 fee plus replacement costs. 14. Violation of these rules constitutes a breach of contract resulting in immediate eviction. 15. VERIFICATION: All bookings are protected by TRUVI. Guests must complete a quick ID check before arrival. Check-in details are shared afterward, along with any required agreement to House Rules or Terms. 16. CHECK-IN FORM: Guests must fill out our check-in form before receiving instructions so we can coordinate our ground team.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER: Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests must submit a deposit or waiver through TRUVI after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable deposit (minus a processing fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Guests will be contacted directly by TRUVI via text with a URL link to start the verification process. Check-in information will be provided after verification is complete. Guests who book may also be required to agree to our House Rules or Terms & Conditions.

CHECK-IN FORM: Prior to receiving check-in instructions, guests will be required to complete a Check-in Form with our standard Rental Agreement terms and conditions, which reflects our House Rules. For verification purposes, a copy of your photo ID will be requested and must match the name of the credit card on file. For a seamless check-in, please make sure all your payments are completed before check-in.
