Kahana Reef is situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua resort areas, take advantage of visiting Maui’s top beaches, excellent dining, unique shopping and other attractions.  Kahana Reef 318 is a 3rd floor, oceanfront condo that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Although this unit does not have a/c, you’ll stay cool with ceiling fans and the magical Maui breeze. Kahana Reef has an elevator for your convenience and is just steps from the water, which offers a quiet, serene, and authentic Maui experience.   Unit 318 is tastefully decorated with luxurious décor and furnishing. Pride of ownership is evident from the minute you walk through the doors! The unit opens westerly towards the blue Pacific, so you have a premier seat for a different sunset every night! All day long you will appreciate dramatic views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the distance. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and full size appliances. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion.  Kahana Reef is an ocean front resort located in West Maui, approximately 10 minutes north of Lahaina, and near many top beaches and attractions.  We have a small sandy beach adjacent to the property, which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You are guaranteed to see turtles swim by!  Several of the top beaches on Maui, including the action of Kaanapali, the family friendly Napili, or the seclusion of Kapalua, are within minutes by car.  This low-rise, low density resort (only 88 units, about half of which are owner occupied) offers an ocean front pool, BBQ area, and an authentic and peaceful Maui experience.  It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and bars, including Maui Brewing Co. and Miso Phat Sushi. Resort offers an onsite coin-operated laundry facility and there are no resort or parking fees.
