We are based on Maui and have a 24/7 support staff for any issues or questions that may arise. We also include all natural, Hawaiian made toiletries, we clean each condo with Green cleaning supplies and we provide all linens that are 540 thread count or greater. We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go. Kahana Sunset is a quiet and private oceanfront complex that is the perfect Hawaiian family getaway! This unit features two floors, both with an open floor plan to create a bright and spacious living environment. Both floors have a private lanai where you can enjoy views of the gorgeous blue ocean.Kahana Sunset E4 offers a split A/C system, is a ground floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath unit that can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Additional Description: The master bedroom has a King size bed and its own TV. Enjoy an evening Mai Tai on the separate private lanai right off the bedroom! The en-suite master bathroom has a large counter and beautiful tile surrounded walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features comfortable Queen size and Twin size beds. Having easy bathroom access right off the bedroom, you'll see there's a walk-in shower similar to the master bath. You'll find a large living room with plenty of seating for the whole group. The couch converts into a Queen size sofa sleeper for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. Dine indoors or enjoy your meal outside on your private lanai. Your front door is less than a minute walk from having your feet in the sand on Keoni Nui Bay for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. Please note that the resort does not have elevators. After a long day of Maui activities it is a great feeling to get back home, jump in the pool, throw some fresh fish on the grill, and have a cold beverage for sunset. Kahana Sunset offers it all! The resort has lounge chairs to relax on the oceanside and enjoy the magic of Maui. Be sure to keep your eyes open for turtles as they pop their heads above the surface to say hello! This is also the perfect place to see whales during the winter months! Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests. Resort Fee: 75 dollars plus tax (78.12 dollars) per stay that is included in the fees that My Perfect Stays collects so you do not need to check in at the front desk upon arrival.
