Kapalua Ridge Villa 2622 is a high end 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Enjoy privacy as well as panoramic views. The expansive lanai is the perfect spot to wind down with a mai tai and take in those sunsets. Step inside to enjoy the bright and airy main living area. Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings throughout the villa provide an elegant yet laid back feel to help you relax and enjoy your Maui vacation. Window AC and ceiling fans throughout will help keep things cool after a day in the sun. The European designed kitchen featuring high end appliances is the perfect space to cook all your meals if you don’t want to eat out. But if you do, we recommend The Sea House and Merriman’s which are a 10-15 minute walk away! Please note that this condo is located on the second floor, and there are no elevators at this property

The serene and tranquil master bedroom, located on the second floor of the Villa, features a King size bed, an en suite bathroom and sweeping views. Enjoy your own private lanai access, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The master bathroom is beautifully updated as well; featuring dual sinks, and a massive walk in shower. Note there is a small tub in the master bathroom, but it it not operational at the moment, apologies! Additional guests can be accommodated downstairs as there is a Queen pull out sofa sleeper and another full bathroom. This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Additional Description: The Ridge Villas are located in the heart of world-class Kapalua with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Honolua Bay and more! Enjoy many wonderful restaurants and prestigious golf courses just steps from the villa. This property features two swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas. There is plenty of free parking and there are no additional daily resort fees at this resort. There are also great trails to explore; all within walking distance you can enjoy the Kapalua Coastal Hiking Trail and the Mahana Ridge Hiking trail. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
