This historic carriage house is close to everything, making it easy to get anywhere in the city of Denver. Restaurants, bars, grocery, shopping, museums galore, all within a few blocks!
I’m a Mom of three young kids, with a Restaurant Supply business and rental homes in both downtown Denver and Santa Fe! We live in Denver and spend as much time as we can in beautiful Santa Fe. We and our house managers are available to you at all times! We are a text or call away.
Imagine spending evenings on the porch then walking around the corner to one of many restaurants or bars which can be found in all directions from the house. There are at least 15 restaurants in a 5 block radius of the house, and three grocery stores: Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and King Soopers. Hop on your bike and be at the 16th Street Mall or many museums in minutes.
