L'Habitation Guesthouse is an Adult Exclusive property. Guests staying with us must be at least 21 years of age (25 years of age during Spring Break). Ideally situated in the center of Old Town Key West, less than a half block from the famous Duval Street that runs the entire 14 blocks of the island, North to South. We are within walking distance to the Hemingway House, Mallory Square, the Aquarium, and all water sporting activities.
