Open and spacious, special moments with your loved ones can be spent preparing delicious dishes in the full kitchen and sitting back and streaming on the living room's plush seating. Upstairs, the expansive primary bedroom offers its own comfortable seating area, work desk, and private bathroom. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the futon in the living room. Other features you'll love include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access. Outside, when you aren't hanging out on the beach, check out the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Golf, Sunset Park, and the Dolphin Research Center. Marathon also lacks no amount of yummy seafood joints and vibrant local boutiques. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please be aware that check-in MUST occur prior to 10:00PM for this home, due to Gate Access.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
