If you want to explore by water, you can tie your boat to the dock and then spend the evening grilling out and roasting marshmallows over the firepit. Inside, you’ll find two levels of living space and comfortable, lake-themed decor. The full, well-equipped kitchen will keep everyone fed, and there’s plenty of mealtime seating between two tables. Living spaces both upstairs and down feature streaming-capable TVs, and downstairs you’ll also find a pool table with a Ping-Pong table topper. If you head out to explore, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, hiking trails, OHV trails, golf, waterfalls, and state parks surround you. Spend the evening at home playing a board game, uploading the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi, or just relaxing outside while the stars come out. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
