The main level of this newly renovated home features a bright and comfortable living room with multiple windows overlooking Smith Mountain Lake, a large TV, and a gas fireplace. The open floor plan conveniently leads to a dining area and a newly updated modern kitchen. Leading off the kitchen is a large, wraparound porch with plenty of seating and a gas grill. All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on this level as well. The lower level offers a family room with a TV and board games for everyone to enjoy, a game room with an air hockey table and dart board, a bathroom, and laundry. Head outside and have a seat on the lower patio or spend some time relaxing on the spacious dock equipped with built-in bench seating and a wide beautiful view of the lake. Paddle around the water in the two provided kayaks or on the paddleboard and enjoy the summer nights around the firepit. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
