Dedicated workspaces in both the dining room and upstairs bedroom, along with fast private Wi-Fi and Ethernet access, make it easy to balance work and play. Each bedroom is equipped with a window A/C unit for warm days, and portable fans are also available. Laundry is free and conveniently located in the entryway, with detergent and dryer sheets provided. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
