Beaver Cove Marina is a full-service marina with slip rentals available less than a mile from the cabin. When you're not making the most of the cabin's prime location, relax and recharge while enjoying quiet country comfort back at home. The covered front porch is a great place to start your day with morning coffee and also includes a gas grill for summertime cookouts. Starry evenings can be spent roasting s'mores around the wood-burning firepit. A sofa and TV are available in the main living area while a central fireplace and plush recliners come furnished for casual downtime in the sunlit side den. You'll find the kitchen well-appointed with all the major appliances and cooking utensils needed for home cooking. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
