This beautiful Vermont home sits on a huge lot and is the perfect spot for a family getaway whether it's to see the fall colors or get some turns in on the slopes. The kids will love playing on the playground in the backyard while the adults can take advantage of the bocce court or the amazing views from the front or back decks. In the winter, you can cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace and watch a movie, plan your next ski day on the WiFi, or enjoy a memorable dinner in the dining area. Skiers will be in heaven with Sugarbush Resort only 19 miles away. Sugarbush features 484 acres, terrain parks, multiple peaks, and a great array of trail difficulties. In the summer, you can drive a few miles up the road and find the beautiful swimming hole and waterfall at Bristol Falls. After a great swim and some hiking, continue on into Bristol (six miles away) where you'll find local brewery BobCat Cafe, Cubbers Pizza for the kids, or even another playground up the road. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The Lincoln Gap Road that connects Warren and Lincoln is closed from October 16 until mid-May. You will need to take another route if your navigation system is bringing you over Lincoln Gap Road.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
