Amenities include: • Indoor outdoor living with a large covered second level deck for sunset views and a street level garden patio next to the kitchen with an outdoor dining table • Walkability and biking rating of 93% and a 30 mile walking, running, and biking trail across the street • Large dedicated desk and full kitchen table with two ergonomic Herman Miller office chairs for remote work on both levels • Big antique clawfoot bathtub for soaking and bubble baths • Robust air conditioning on both floors • Energy efficient on demand unlimited hot water, radiant heat, and new energy star windows and patio doors • Bluetooth speakers • 12 ft. ceilings on both levels Loft Camino Real is locally owned and managed by your hosts, keeping your travel dollars circulating in Santa Fe and provides secure space in support of multiculturalism and diversity. Please note: the open concept of the Loft, bathrooms are on the 2nd level, standard metal construction sounds, and the spiral staircase for mobility concerns. Bookings are limited to adults over 13 due to the spiral staircase, however children near 13 can be accepted with approval.

My partner and your other host Tony, was born and raised in Santa Fe only a few blocks from the loft. The loft is an ideal location for guests to explore Santa Fe and offers the opportunity to leave your car parked in the loft’s gated driveway and walk to top rated destinations and restaurants, such as La Choza, only a 2 minute walk from your front door. Come visit us at the loft for a locals experience in Santa Fe! We are available in the neighboring detached building and can be reached for any needs you might have through Airbnb or phone. Expect quick and prompt responses. The loft provides privacy and we give our guests space but are available for your inquiries. The loft is nestled in a charming historic neighborhood in Santa Fe's city center and surrounds you in the outstanding cultural beauty of Santa Fe's eccentric slur of Spanish, Aztec, and Native American culture. Directly across the street from the loft is the national award winning 10 acre Railyard Park and Railyard Plaza, offering contemporary amenities and services at your doorstep that include the Farmer's Market, Second Street Brewery, Site Santa Fe, Violet Crown Theater, Whole Foods, and a top-rated restaurant La Choza. Santa Fe's historic plaza is an easy 15 minute walk or catch the city's free shuttle from the Railyard to the Plaza or Canyon Road. A gym with full facilities and trainers (who are available to work outside in the Railyard Park) is located across the street from the Loft. The wilderness areas surrounding Santa Fe offer outstanding natural beauty and wonderful opportunities for mountain biking, skiing, and hiking. The Santa Fe Ski Basin is a short 17 mile drive.
