Super convenient, clean and comfortable! Logan's house is recently renovated and a well-appointed two-story apartment style stay with free off-street parking in the rear and an electric vehicle charger onsite. Located about 1 mile from Rt 270 and downtown Frederick. Guests enjoy a private rear entrance with outdoor seating, large, tastefully decorated and open rooms with lots of natural sunlight, a coffee bar, luxury bedding and towels, a standing desk, 2 TV's, super fast business-class internet and and a yoga area (matts provided). In need of more space? Check out Logan’s House, a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house, just next door and is also managed by Chris and Emily. Combined, both properties sleep up to 12 people.
Chris and Emily were both born in Maryland and grew up in various areas throughout the state. We met in Baltimore City after Emily responded to a Craigs list ad where Chris was looking for a roommate that (Yes, that was a thing in 2008). Emily finished up her degree in Baltimore and we dated for 7 years before getting married, we moved out of the city to a rural mountain side property with acreage to build out a small homestead property. Very accessibly as needed and will check in on the morning after your first night but rarely on the property.
Located just a mile from Rt 70 and Rt 15 in the City of Frederick, Logan’s House was created to provide a clean, safe, and spacious atmosphere for the everyday traveler. Our location is in the heart of Carrollton neighborhood and is within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping districts and many of the attractions that Frederick has to offer.
