Welcome to our newly renovated 4 bed/3.5 bath half duplex on French Street in the heart of Breckenridge! The home is LEED certified and beautifully decorated! You'll be a quick walk from the gondola and some of the best restaurants and bars in Breck. It's very rare to find a place this close to the gondola (5 minute walk) that includes 2 private parking spaces! The home is ideal for large groups of friends and family and is spacious enough to accommodate 12 guests. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
