Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place between Bayshore Blvd. and Hyde Park. The beautifully designed 1b/1b is a short walk to everything downtown including Hyde Park Village, Amalie Arena (Lightning!), Bayshore Blvd (Gasparilla!), Tampa General, Davis Island, the Riverwalk, and so much more. With plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance there's so much to do! Groceries at Publix market and the Hyde Park Market are just a short walk! This ground floor apartment is open with plenty of sunlight streaming in through the five large, double pane windows. The room has a comfortable couch, and a ROKU TV on the wall. Underneath the TV is a 4-seater dining table for those who need to work from home. In the closet in the bedroom is extra sheets and linens. The complimentary washer/dryer is located in the hallway near the staircase. You have to exit the apartment you are staying in, walk to the right and then enter in the door on the right. The kitchen is a full kitchen complete with a coffee maker and complimentary coffee. There's plenty of cooking supplies for home chefs. The only thing to note - there is no dishwasher though there's plenty of extra plates/cups/utensils and supplies to clean! There's also a microwave added to the kitchen! The bedroom comes with brand new bed and 10-inch medium-soft mattresses. There are also extra sheets and 4 pillows. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. There's a walk-in tiled shower with an elevated window (high up) bringing in the morning sunlight! The bathroom has complimentary body soap and shampoo, plenty of towels and toilet paper, and space for any additional toiletries! The entire rental receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING after every single stay to make sure that our guests find their rental in a safe and high quality condition!

This is the hottest neighborhood in Tampa but also this house is a historical house on a small and quiet street that gets almost no thru traffic. Walking distance to the new Bill Gates-funded neighborhood of Water Street with all of the shops, restaurants. Walking distance to the Cruise port for people boarding cruise ships. Walking distance to the newly renovated Conference Center. Tampa General Hospital is visible from the building. Amelie Arena and Hyde Park are also nearby.
